Our organization seeks a reliable and skilled SRE Operations Engineer to join our team.

  • This role is ideal for an individual with experience in developing and maintaining pipelines, solutions, and key processes for SRE Operations.
  • Driving company initiatives using data, technology, and skill will be a key responsibility.
  • The successful candidate will participate in high-level architectural discussions.
  • We are seeking someone who can continuously develop team skills and technological proficiency and provides technical subject matter expertise.
  • The engineer will effectively drive cross-team/department projects to completion.
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge management articles will also be part of this role.
  • Participation in Level 3 On-call support is required.
Key Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in technology, math or engineering disciplines or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of experience architecting and developing reliability-based solutions, automation, tooling, and/or pipelines in a scripting language (PowerShell preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience with Windows Server Administration, PowerShell, IIS, Amazon Web Services / Azure / GCP.
  • 2+ years of experience developing solutions for containerized solutions such as Kubernetes, AWS ECS, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
  • Excellent mentorship and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • High level of analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to participate in on-call rotation.
