Role Summary

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to spearhead our influencer marketing efforts. As an Influencer Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for discovering and collaborating with relevant influencers across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influencer Discovery & Outreach
    • Conduct thorough research to identify potential influencers aligned with our brand values.
    • Pitch compelling collaboration ideas and maintain timely follow-ups to ensure successful partnerships.
  • Campaign Coordination
    • Develop and execute strategic influencer campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
    • Coordinate sample/product dispatch, content deadlines, and posting schedules to ensure seamless execution.
    • Provide clear creative briefs and ensure that brand guidelines are followed by all involved parties.
  • Content & Engagement Tracking
    • Monitor influencer posts and compile content for internal and external use, showcasing the impact of our campaigns.
    • Track engagement metrics and compile performance reports to inform future strategies.
    • Assist in user-generated content collection and approval processes.
  • Relationship Management
    • Nurture long-term relationships with influencers and creators, fostering a collaborative environment that drives mutual growth.
    • Ensure effective communication and manage basic negotiation within set parameters.
  • Cross-team Support
    • Collaborate with social media, content, and performance marketing teams to amplify campaign reach and impact.
    • Support influencer gifting and event initiatives as needed.
    Requirements
    • 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or related fields.
    • A passion for content, creators, and the influencer ecosystem.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Previous internship or freelance work in influencer marketing or social media.
    • The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
