Leadership Opportunity in Investment Operations

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the management of investment operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and building tools to streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain operational procedures.
  • Design and build tools to automate manual tasks and improve data accuracy.
  • Streamline invoice processing and fund expense allocation to optimize cash flow.
  • Develop email management tools to enhance information flow and reduce errors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in investment operations or a related field.
  • Prior experience in process improvement, automation, and tool development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven track record of implementing scalable solutions.
  • Progress towards certifications such as FRM, CFA, or Quant is desirable.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python and advanced Excel.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Alteryx or Reitigh.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment operations and a proven track record of implementing process improvements and automation solutions.
