
HR Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Coordinator to manage the recruitment and employee lifecycle process, payroll, statutory compliance, and day-to-day administrative functions.
About This Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, and preliminary interviews. They will also coordinate onboarding processes, prepare appointment letters, and collect KYC documents. Additionally, they will conduct induction programs for new employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Coordinate onboarding process
- Conduct induction programs for new employees
- Process monthly payroll
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Support performance appraisal coordination
- Assist in identifying training needs and organizing training sessions
- Handle employee grievances and queries
- Oversee day-to-day office administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR and administration
- Knowledge of payroll systems and statutory compliance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools
