Job Summary:

Maintenance professionals with expertise in manufacturing operations are required to work on various equipment and lines.

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to ensure the smooth functioning of our manufacturing facilities, including Vial Line, PSF Line & Ophthalmic Line. This role involves performing maintenance tasks, operating equipment from reputable manufacturers, and ensuring compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Operations: Maintain the smooth functioning of manufacturing lines, including Vial Line, PSF Line & Ophthalmic Line.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular preventive maintenance tasks for equipment such as Vial Washing, Filling & Sealing, Tunnel, Autoclave, Lyophilization, Isolator & Vessels.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain equipment from renowned manufacturers like B+S, Bosch, Groninger, Tofflon, Steriline, Truking, IMA.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure documentation and compliance with standards, maintaining records, SOPs and readiness for internal & external audits.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance operations or related field
  • Strong knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
