**Job Title:** Manufacturing Operations Lead

Our organization is seeking a talented and experienced Manufacturing Operations Lead to join our team. This key role will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of process improvements across various units, ensuring consistent and sustainable results throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Standardize process improvement approach across units to achieve consistent and sustainable results across the business.
  • Demonstrate rigor in implementation of Global ManEx processes and standards, via annual alignment review.
  • Guide auditable improvement in employee technical capabilities, understanding of required processes and culture shift with sustained results, via annual unit audits.
  • Develop specific manufacturing performance improvement initiatives to optimize cost, eliminate waste and improve operational flexibility.
Requirements:
  • Process Improvement Expertise: Proven experience in implementing process improvements across multiple units, resulting in significant cost savings and efficiency gains.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to drive change and achieve results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
