Job Title: Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including receiving, inventory management, and customer service.

  • Responsible for driving end-to-end store operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and activities.
  • Manage a team of up to 100 store staff and delivery boys, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Mentor and develop the team to achieve superior customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and policies, maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, including inward, outward, write-off, and cycle counting.
  • Proven experience in managing teams, with a minimum of 4 years in a store leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
