Our organization is currently seeking a highly skilled Data Support Specialist. This position will play a crucial role in supporting various stakeholders across the firm, as well as collaborating with teams to develop tools and implement risk management processes.

The ideal candidate will have a post-graduate degree in a quantitative field such as finance, engineering, mathematics, or computer science. They should also possess at least 3 years of experience in data analytics, data management, research, and reporting.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn new skills and technologies that enhance value to our stakeholders. Experience with Microsoft tools, particularly Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint, is highly desirable. Additionally, advanced knowledge of these tools will be considered an asset.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements for technological interventions, automating risk and quality management processes within the firm, and working with relevant teams to support the development of tools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collating data and information related to risk and quality management
  • Gathering requirements for technological interventions and automation of risk and quality management processes
  • Supporting in-house teams in the development of tools
  • Reading and analyzing RFP Tender documents to identify and summarize key risks
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations for leadership and training material to support risk and quality management
