About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be representing our organization to our clients. Providing quality service interaction through incoming inquiries, as well as escalating critical issues and questions to our developers in a timely fashion, is crucial to this position.

In addition to resolving client inquiries, understanding and learning new features of our software will be required in order to create documentation for our help center database. Developing innovative ways to streamline operation workflows is also welcome.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner, providing key customer attention and care to address all of their concerns.
  • Understand and escalate software bugs and issues to developers, while ensuring to close out the issue with the client once it is resolved.
  • Liaison between internal departments to resolve client issues and understand their needs.
  • Derive metrics and statistics from our ticketing system to generate reports on time to resolution, classification, and other key information on client inquiries.
