Global Asset Management Operations Leader

As a strategic leader, the EAM Process Lead will oversee a global Center of Excellence (COE) function that drives program management, user experience, process excellence, and solutioning in support of Asset Lifecycle Management Global Business Process team.
This role involves driving strategic solutions, providing dashboard reporting on key performance metrics to stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality services, driving operational excellence, and fostering collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs.
