">Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of new deal opportunities across various sectors.
  • Evaluate deals based on their alignment with the fund's investment framework.
  • Identify and pursue attractive investment opportunities aligned with the fund's strategy.
  • Develop detailed financial models tailored to specific investments.
  • Prepare comprehensive memos and proposals for review by senior management and committees.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, undertake timely reviews, and assess risks.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments affecting the sector.

Academic Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant experience in infrastructure with a demonstrated understanding of sector-specific nuances.
  • Qualification – MBA from top institutions or Chartered Accountant (CA)
