MERN Stack Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MERN Stack professional to lead our software development team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for guiding the design and implementation of complex software applications using MERN technologies.

About This Role:

  • Lead a team of developers in designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and reliable MERN-based systems.
  • Mentor junior team members in best practices, coding standards, and technology adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and prioritize project goals.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and efficiency.

Key Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of overall experience in software development, with at least 4 years in team handling.
  • Hands-on experience in MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and SQL technologies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Expertise in React, Node.js, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Scrum framework.
  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and DevOps tools.
