Job Title: Technical Infrastructure Expert

The role of a Technical Infrastructure Expert involves managing services on messaging and file transfer technologies. The team member is responsible for effective and efficient management of MTS services to end users and application teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage highly skilled teams, onboard skilled resources, and ensure optimization.
  • Handle critical escalations and ensure timely resolution.
  • Work on project management, cost control, budgets, and reporting.
  • Ensure resiliency tests and exercises are performed as per recommendations.
Desirable Skills:
  • ITIL V3 knowledge, Agile Certifications.
  • Shell Scripting proficiency.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in IT infrastructure related field.
  • Engineering graduate or equivalent degree.

Proficiency in Unix/Linux, protocols (SFTP, FTP, FTPs, HTTPS, S3, Pesit), and certificate renewals is essential. Experience in Sterling file gateway (SFG), Sterling Integrator, IBM Connect Express, and IBM Connect Direct is also necessary.
