Job Title: Technical Infrastructure Specialist

This is a remote role that requires direct support to consultants and local IT teams in India and Singapore. You will play a critical part in the pilot deployment of an enterprise connectivity initiative, with future expansion planned across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support consultants and local IT teams with device setup and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Perform end-to-end router configuration, from unboxing to deployment.
  • Troubleshoot Netgear Nighthawk devices and similar enterprise Wi-Fi equipment.
  • Guide end-users through step-by-step troubleshooting processes during live calls.
  • Manage VPN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for remote users.
  • Document workflows and escalate issues to global IT teams when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Network Support or IT Infrastructure roles.
  • Proven ability to configure routers, VPNs, and enterprise Wi-Fi devices.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain and guide through router configuration processes (CLI/GUI).
  • Strong knowledge of VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL, Cisco AnyConnect, Zscaler, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Netgear Nighthawk or equivalent devices.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with consultants and IT staff.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting large-scale multi-country IT support rollouts.
  • Exposure to enterprise or consulting environments.
