  • Cultivate and nurture appointment setters through training, coaching, and mentorship, ensuring consistent messaging, quality conversations, and high team morale.
  • Effectively utilize CRM systems to track lead activities and maintain accurate data records.
  • Continuously refine scripts, outreach strategies, and objection handling methods tailored to the US market.

Required Expertise & Experience:

  • Possess 5+ years of experience in global meeting setting, with a focus on cold calling for US-based clients.
  • Demonstrate 2+ years of leadership or management experience within an appointment setting function.
  • Showcase a proven track record in digital marketing solutions sales outreach.
