Job Title: Therapy Business Manager

**Job Description**

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Plan demand generation and fulfillment strategies.
  • Monitor actual sales performance and make mid-course corrections as needed.
  • Audit prescriptions for Abbott brands and competitors' brands.
  • Create and maintain customer lists with specified doctors/chemists.

**Business Development**

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets through effective promotion of company products.
  • Engage in science-based discussions with doctors and chemists to promote products in clinics and pharmacies.
  • Organize camps (CMEs) according to division strategy and customer needs.
  • Execute customer management plans to ensure all customers are covered.
  • Lead and execute strict adherence to Abbott Code of Business Conduct.
  • Set examples on implementation of the code of business conduct, RCPA, and Pharmacovigilance to ensure compliance.
  • Demonstrate and promote professional behavior in line with Abbott Values of Pioneering, Achieving, Caring, and Enduring.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and manage difficult customer situations.
  • Division and business strategies will be shared, which you will need to execute fully.
  • Attend and participate in strategy meetings, briefing sessions, doctor meets, workshops, training programs, and other company programs to equip yourself or improve job performance.

**Meet Minimum KPIs**

  • 100% coverage of doctors.
  • Customer call average as per the customer management plan of the division/therapy.
  • Market intelligence collection, retailer-level inventory management calls as per product profile and marketing strategy of the therapy/division.

**Experience/Training Required**

  • 2+ years of experience.
  • Candidate with prior/current experience in the same therapy.
  • Candidates from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies have added advantages.
  • Fluent and confident communication skills.
