CXO Level Hiring Expert
Job Summary:Pursue a challenging role as an Executive Search Consultant, specializing in Business Transformation. Leverage expertise to source and recruit top-level executives, drive competency-based interviews, and facilitate seamless executive transitions.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and source high-caliber executives through extensive research networks.
- Conduct thorough assessments of candidate suitability for CXO roles, leveraging strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Administer psychometric evaluations, analyze reports, and present findings to clients, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to timelines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to appoint Transition Coaches, schedule chemistry meetings, and ensure successful executive integration into the client's organization culture.
- Strong planning, follow-up, and execution skills to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Excellent client management skills to maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Proficiency in interviewing techniques, psychometric assessments, and report analysis.
- Prior experience in executive search is highly desirable.
