Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to join our team as a Senior Technical Specialist. This role will involve assisting in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of our platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and configure our platform, meeting business requirements and industry standards.
  • Technical Support: Provide level 2 support for our platform, addressing technical issues, performing updates, and optimizing system performance.
  • Integration Services: Work closely with integration teams to ensure smooth connections between our platform and enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and payment gateways.
  • Custom Workflow Development: Develop and maintain custom workflows to automate business processes within our platform, enhancing functionality and efficiency.
  • Reporting Insights: Create and maintain reports to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Testing & Validation: Conduct thorough testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate integrations to ensure seamless platform performance.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and Python to analyze, transform, and manage data flows between our platform and other systems.
  • Revenue Management: Support automation and accurate reporting within our platform to comply with ASC 606 and other revenue recognition standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with finance, IT, and operational teams to understand needs, resolve issues, and ensure proper adoption of our platform.
  • Training & Documentation: Provide training and support to the finance team to enhance their understanding and utilization of our platform, and maintain detailed technical documentation for workflows, configurations, and processes.
  • Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor system health, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance the reliability and efficiency of our platform components.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in technical roles, with at least 4+ years working with similar platforms.
  • Expertise in multiple technical domains, including data analysis, workflow automation, and system integration.
  • Strong foundation in SQL for data queries and analysis, and proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data handling.
  • Deep understanding of platform configurations, workflows, and APIs.
  • Prior development experience with similar platforms is a plus.
  • Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with integrating platforms with ERP, CRM, and payment systems.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver timely solutions.
  • Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
