We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant to undertake critical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Midserver Configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector with hands-on experience.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Networking concepts, DMZ zone, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environment, and Industrial control system architecture.
  • Understand the Purdue Model architecture and OT network functions, with prior experience in implementing OT Visibility and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management modules in ServiceNow.
  • Gain expertise in Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations, Power/Shell scripting, and database-level architecture, including SQL query writing.
  • Script automated processes using Business Rule, Script Action, and Configuration enhancements on the ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM modular platform.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow OTM solution consulting.
  • Hands-on experience with Midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector.
  • Strong understanding of Networking concepts, DMZ zone, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environment.
  • Basic understanding of Industrial control system architecture and OT network functions.
