About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management, reporting, and communication skills, along with hands-on understanding of Java, Microservices, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports, dashboards, and status updates to senior management.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with architecture standards.
  • Drive adoption of DevOps practices and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
  • Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement and willingly shoulder additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to generate clear, concise, and insightful reports and presentations.
  • Hands-on understanding of Java, Microservices architecture, and DevOps tools.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
