Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the implementation of our ServiceNow solution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to determine requirements and providing guidance on configuration versus customization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in a design and development role for the ServiceNow Platform, as well as a proven track record of transitioning technology from locally focused to centralized technology service organizations.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in a design and development role for ServiceNow Platform.
  • 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator.
  • Proven ability to transition technology from locally focused to centralized technology service organization.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful Web Service and APIs.
  • Familiarity with IT and Security management best practices (ITIL, COBIT, ISO standards).

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Desired certifications: ITIL Foundations Certification, ServiceNow Developer Certification(s)

  • Conceptual skills
  • Ability to articulate and document business outcomes
  • Service orientation with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshooting and Diagnostics
