Employee Engagement Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Employee Engagement Specialist to join our team.

This role plays a pivotal part in creating a workplace environment that fosters engagement, inclusivity, and employee well-being. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and implementing various employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Hosting virtual events for large groups and in-person events at our Coimbatore office.
  • Facilitating effective communication channels to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Creating internal communications in business English.
  • Organizing and supporting events, activities, and team-building exercises to boost morale and foster a sense of community within the organization.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Helping administer recognition and reward programs to acknowledge and appreciate employee contributions.
  • Managing local new joiner and new baby gift programs and maintaining inventory.
  • Promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a welcoming and equitable workplace for all employees.
  • Participating in monthly meetings and taking an active role in organizing initiatives.
  • Collecting and analyzing engagement data to identify trends and recommend strategies for improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in business-level English language skills, and a genuine passion for employee engagement and cultivating a positive workplace culture. An MBA degree in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology is preferred, along with 1-2 years of experience preferably in HR or engagement-focused roles.
