We are seeking a Senior Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. As a key member, you will deliver impactful training sessions on communication, leadership, behavioral skills, business writing, team building, and motivation.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and delivering tailored training programs, a strong foundation in interpersonal and leadership skill-building, and proficiency in engaging audiences with impactful presentations.

You will also be responsible for managing inquiries, coordinating with engagement coordinators, and supporting conflict resolution and change management initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you should have 5-8 years of experience in soft skills, leadership training, or coaching, excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong project management experience.

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop customized training programs and content in soft skills, leadership, and other talent development areas.
  • Deliver impactful training sessions on communication, leadership, behavioral skills, business writing, team building, and motivation.
  • Manage inquiries and coordinate with engagement coordinators for training success.
  • Support conflict resolution and change management initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Leverage eLearning platforms and content authoring tools to create interactive and engaging training content.

  • Training Delivery & Content Development: Expertise in designing and delivering tailored training programs.
  • Soft Skills & Leadership Development: Strong foundation in interpersonal and leadership skill-building.
  • Behavioral Training & Presentation Skills: Proficiency in engaging audiences with impactful presentations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Conflict & Change Management: Experience in driving organizational change and resolving conflicts.

Desired Experience:

  • 5-8 years of experience in soft skills, leadership training, or coaching.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management experience, particularly with seasoned professionals.
  • Familiarity with eLearning platforms and content creation tools.
