Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Physical Education Trainer to join our team at Nexus Jobs. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students in various gymnastic techniques and routines.

Responsibilities
  • Teach gymnastic techniques, routines, and skills to students of all ages and skill levels.
  • Create and develop lesson plans and training programs that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their performance.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment, ensuring the well-being of all students during training sessions.
  • Demonstrate proper techniques and provide individualized instruction to meet the needs of each student.
  • Motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential, fostering a growth mindset and a love for physical activity.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in gymnastics, applying this knowledge to enhance instructional methods and student outcomes.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Gymnastics Coach or Physical Education Teacher.
  • Strong instructional and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles.
  • Knowledge and experience in rhythmic gymnastics, aerobics, and general gymnastics.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Patience and the ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels, including those with special needs.
  • First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
