Procure to Pay Team Lead Position
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Procure to Pay team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire procure to pay process, ensuring seamless execution from procurement to payment.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices through accounts payable systems, handling local and foreign currencies with precision.
- Establish strong communication with internal and external stakeholders, resolving queries and issues efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, supporting Lean and Six Sigma projects to enhance AP and T&E processes.
- Develop initiatives to improve processes and efficiencies within the area of expertise.
- Maintain and update process documents regularly.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, creating a knowledge database for learning purposes.
- Conduct quality checks on all activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
- Graduates or post graduates with 5-8 years of relevant work experience.
- College graduates with a degree in Finance or Accounting.
- End-to-end knowledge of Procure to Pay and Accounts Payable processes.
- Strong analytical skills, effective communication skills, and result orientation.
- Good domain expertise and understanding of SAP, Concur is advantageous.
Key Skills:
- Team leading experience and good communication skill.
- Client management skills and adaptability to night shifts.
Preferred Skills:
- English language proficiency.
