Marketing Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Program Manager to oversee our flagship Post Graduate Program in Applied Marketing. This 1-year in-campus business specialist program focuses on building the next generation of marketeers equipped with industry-relevant skills and knowledge.

  • Collaborate with industry leaders and mentors to design curriculum and ensure alignment with industry standards, fostering innovation and excellence.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless student experience, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, maintaining a delightful student experience through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor and track performance metrics to ensure quality progress of students, making data-driven decisions to drive growth and improvement.
  • Organize events and initiatives at campus to enhance student involvement, promoting active participation and community building.
  • Promote student engagement by encouraging active participation in clubs and campus activities, developing leadership skills and character.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved, maintaining transparency and trust throughout the program.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • MBA degree in a relevant field, such as marketing or business administration.
  • 3+ years of experience managing internal/external stakeholders, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Experience in Program Management, with expertise in curriculum design, team coordination, and operational management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students, employees, faculty, mentors, and external partners, promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual respect.
