Senior Executive - MEPF Design Coordination

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and validate MEPF designs and drawings to ensure alignment with project specifications, industry codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with consultants and vendors to address design queries and propose technical improvements.
  • Ensure seamless integration of MEPF systems with architectural and structural designs.
  • Oversee the execution of MEPF systems on-site, ensuring alignment with approved designs and construction schedules.
  • Identify on-site challenges, propose solutions, and provide technical clarifications to execution teams.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols during installation and commissioning phases.
  • Track MEPF project costs, monitor expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including architects, engineers, and construction managers, to ensure effective project execution.
  • Act as a liaison between vendors, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth coordination and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess the progress of MEPF installations and address technical concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Certifications: Green Building Certification (LEED Accreditation), Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Work Experience: 5-8 years of experience in MEPF design review, execution, real estate, construction, and coordination, preferably in airport or infrastructure projects.
