Job Title: Airport Project Manager

Lead MEPF System Design and Execution

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee the execution of MEPF systems in airport projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection system design.

The role involves maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and industry codes, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration of MEPF systems with architectural and structural designs.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Oversight of MEPF system design and execution on-site.
  • Ensuring alignment with approved designs and construction schedules.
  • Collaboration with vendors, contractors, and project teams for smooth coordination and conflict resolution.
  • Identification of opportunities for cost optimization and resource allocation.
  • Ensuring that MEPF designs and installations meet local and international safety standards and environmental regulations.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Green Building Certification (PMP) and certifications like Engineer, CEng, LEED Accreditation are preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in MEPF design review, execution, real estate, construction, and coordination, preferably in airport or infrastructure projects.
