The company seeks a skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to oversee domestic compliance policies and regulations across all operations.
This role involves monitoring and enforcing adherence to relevant laws, industry standards, and internal policies within the company's operations, maintaining high legal and ethical integrity.
Key Responsibilities:- Regularly review changes in local legislation and ensure the company complies with new or updated regulatory requirements.
- Conduct periodic compliance audits and assessments across departments and functions.
- Identify and report potential areas of non-compliance, recommending corrective actions.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining internal compliance policies and procedures.
- Ensure employees understand compliance obligations and procedures.
- Provide training to employees on compliance responsibilities and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CCEP, CAMS).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management in a corporate setting.
- In-depth knowledge of local laws and regulations.
- Experience conducting internal audits and assessments.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
