
Senior Luxury Sales and Brand Leadership Role

We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven professional to champion our presence across national and international platforms.
The role blends sales leadership with brand custodianship, requiring strategic thinking and hands-on implementation. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop outbound sales strategies, engaging potential clients through personalized outreach and curated engagement approaches.
- Cultivate relationships with industry professionals; lead 1:1 conversations and design immersive experiences or events for engagement.
- Identify and research national and international galleries aligned with our ethos; lead outreach and placement efforts.
- Pursue museum acquisition opportunities and initiate conversations with relevant departments and curators.
- Evaluate distribution platforms, online marketplaces, and luxury retail partnerships.
- Manage collaboration requests; assess alignment and negotiate contracts and communications.
- Nurture relationships with potential clients, collectors, curators, and collaborators.
- Represent us across online and offline platforms, including exhibitions, talks, and design gatherings.
Required Skills:
- 5–7 years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or brand strategy.
- Background in design or art gallery management would be an asset.
- Deep appreciation for collectible design, craftsmanship, and the intersection of culture and commerce.
- Global awareness of galleries, fairs, and institutions; existing networks in the design/art world are a plus.
- Proven ability to build and nurture high-value relationships with clients, collaborators, and stakeholders.
