The role of a Human Resources Manager in our Indian operations is to oversee and manage all aspects of human resource management, ensuring that we maintain a high-performing workforce.

Responsibilities

  • To develop, implement, and evaluate HR strategies and policies that support the organization's overall business objectives.
  • To provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
  • To conduct regular reviews of employee performance and development needs, providing coaching and training as required.
  • To identify and mitigate potential risks associated with HR issues, such as employment law compliance, equal opportunities, and diversity and inclusion.
  • To manage employee data, including payroll, benefits, and time-off, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • To facilitate effective communication between employees, managers, and HR, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
