Job Role

This position involves serving as an Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Techno-Functional Consultant with over 8 years of functional experience in US and Canada Payroll.

The responsibilities include:

  • Implementing payroll set-ups/configurations for the US and Canada region.
  • Maintaining strong functional and technical knowledge of payroll (payroll process/element setup) for the US and Canada region.
  • Providing expertise in North America Taxation and writing formulas for payroll elements.
  • Developing skills in BIP and OTBI development, SDLC, JIRA, and HDL.
  • Ensuring data integrity and governance by supporting large/complex data imports and extracts, validating accuracy through reporting and queries.
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of integrations/file transfers.
  • Planning for and supporting migrations, releases, upgrades, and/or patches - mitigating risk/downstream impacts.

Required qualifications include a Master's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or other relevant fields. Strong communications skills, both verbal and written, are necessary. A positive attitude and readiness to work night shifts are desired.
