Job Title: Workday Payroll Consultant

  • About this role: We're seeking a highly skilled Workday Payroll Consultant to join our team. In this position, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional payroll services to our clients.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Develop and implement effective payroll strategies that meet the needs of our clients.
  • - Configure and manage Withholding orders, Taxes, Validations and Arrears within Workday HCM.
  • - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of data security.
  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business process improvements and ensure seamless integration with HRIS operations.
  • - Stay up-to-date with Workday release updates and feature changes, analyzing impacts on existing client configurations.
  • Requirements:
  • Core Skills:
    • - Active Workday Core HCM, Payroll certification.
    • - At least 4 years of relevant Workday HCM experience and ability to work on multiple projects.
    • - Expertise in configuring Withholding orders, Taxes, Validations and Arrears.
    • - Strong understanding of HR programs and policies along with commitment to HR principles of confidentiality required.
    • - In-depth knowledge of Workday security framework, calculated fields, custom reports like Advanced/Matrix/Composite and setting up notifications.
    • - Ability to maintain accurate records and analyze complex data sets.
    • Preferred Skills:
    • - Functional experience in multiple HR processes like Time Tracking, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, Benefits.
    • - Hands-on experience creating and troubleshooting EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder).
    • - In-depth knowledge of various data sources available and how to use them.
