Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial records.">
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.">
  • Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, and monthly financial dashboards.">
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for ventures.">
  • Ensure compliance with taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and statutory filings.">
  • Assist in audits, financial documentation, and regulatory requirements.">
  • Work closely with business teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.">
  • Implement internal financial controls to drive efficiency and reduce risks.">
  • Support venture finance setup for new business units.">

We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce (BCom/MCom) or professional qualification (ICWA).">
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounts, or related roles.">
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.">
  • Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.">
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, financial models).">
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.">
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.">
