Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements.
  • Perform financial due diligence on behalf of middle market companies and private equity firms.
  • Aggregate, manipulate, and analyze company data to identify trends.
  • Write detailed reports to present findings to clients.
  • Work directly with senior executives of clients and target companies.
  • Develop creative solutions to engagement and transaction risks.
  • Interface with management teams of clients and target companies.
  • Manage team responsibilities and prioritize tasks.
  • Work on multiple projects and develop relationships with clients.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in accounting, auditing, and financial analysis.

Essential qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Accounting.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of applicable work experience including experience in audit or transaction advisory services.
  • Licensed CPA/equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and strong working knowledge of other MS Office applications.
  • Possess drive, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to learn and succeed in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks.
