We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to manage the day-to-day financial activities for our esteemed clients. This role involves overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.

  • Prepare and maintain ledgers, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, and audit processes.

  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial planning for institutions.

  • Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and management teams for smooth financial operations.

  • Utilize accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/Zoho or similar) to maintain accuracy and transparency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an Accountant, Accounts Executive, or in a similar finance role.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

  • Experience in the education sector will be preferred.
