Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Network Operations Center Analyst to join our team.
The Network Operations Center Analyst will be responsible for monitoring network systems, diagnosing issues, and ensuring the stability and performance of our infrastructure.
Primary Skills:- Network Monitoring: Grafana, Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix
- Network Protocols: TCP/IP, routing protocols, DNS, DHCP
- Security Tools: firewalls, IDS/IPS
- Eero, KMZ, Salesforce
- Windows and Linux environments, Python /Bash/PowerShell, Cloud Technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in using network monitoring tools such as Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix, or similar.
- Strong understanding of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Respond to and follow up on any emails related to technical issues (incidents and service requests)
- Planning for any immediate production upgrade or ramp-up requirements
- Ability to create detailed technical documentation and incident reports.
- Clear communication with IT teams, end-users, and management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Handle and resolve tickets in less than a minute, ensuring quick response and resolution times.
