About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain network components, monitor network performance, and ensure network security
  • Provide exceptional support for network-related issues, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service possible
  • Collaborate with a talented team of experts to plan and execute routine network changes, troubleshoot and solve network issues and outages, and maintain excellent communication with stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 10-14 years of experience in network infrastructure management
  • Proven expertise in trouble-shooting, switching, and routing
  • Minimum CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge
  • Experience with network security, WAN, and ITIL
  • Preferred Skills: BGP, Software Defined Networking (SDN) based on Cisco ACI, Checkpoint, Cisco Firepower firewalls, F5 load Balancers, NSX, Ansible automation, deployment of VXLAN eVPN BGP Cisco NX-OS Leaf spine architecture
