The Application Lead will oversee project timelines, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ServiceNow IT Service Management
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform tasks efficiently
  • Making key decisions for the team
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems for immediate and multiple teams
  • Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members
  • Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management
  • Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices
  • Experience with application design and development methodologies
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues effectively
  • Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within the ServiceNow platform
Education and Experience:
  • Minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management
  • A bachelor's degree is required
