Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber Treasury Service Relationship Manager to join our Client Relations team at the AVP/VP level. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise, deep market intelligence, and superior relationship management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate clients to understand their treasury needs and provide customized solutions. This will involve driving sales of treasury and risk management products including liquidity, cash management, and investments.

The ideal candidate will partner with internal teams (risk, compliance, operations, product) to deliver seamless client experience. Staying updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape is essential to providing insights and advice to clients.

A key responsibility of this role is to acquire new corporate clients and expand wallet share from existing ones by identifying their needs and selling treasury products.

This position requires leveraging technology and digital platforms to enhance client servicing and efficiency. Maintaining a disciplined approach to pipeline management, client coverage, and revenue growth is crucial.

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA / Graduate
  • 8-12 years in Treasury Sales / Corporate Treasury Relationship Management, preferably with Banks, NBFCs, AMCs or financial institutions.
