Job Title: Cash Management Specialist

The Cash Management Specialist will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company's financial resources, optimizing cash flow, and ensuring timely payments for project loans. This key position requires an individual with exceptional analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities to drive digital initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize Daily Cash Flow: Manage cash flow across various project SPVs to maximize fund utilization.
  • Facilitate Capital Expenditure LCs: Assist in issuing Capex LCs and manage Buyer's Credit / Supplier's Credit arrangements.
  • Invest Surplus Funds: Manage surplus funds by investing in short-term debt mutual funds and fixed deposits.
  • Ensure Timely Payments: Ensure timely interest and principal repayments for project loans.
  • Record Advance and Performance BG: Maintain proper records of advance and Performance BG received from Vendors/ BG issued to third parties.
  • Manage Inter Corporate Deposit: Issue, monitor, and document Inter Corporate Deposits.
  • Treasury Accounting Entries: Ensure treasury accounting entries are processed daily.
  • Forex Hedging Activities: Manage forex hedging activities and related bank documentation.
  • KYC Compliance: Lead KYC compliance for all bank accounts and drive digital initiatives (H2H, net banking, automation of transactions).
  • Liaise with Banks: Collaborate with banks on operational matters and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Treasury MIS Reports: Prepare monthly Treasury MIS reports, including details on loans, interest payments, short-term investments, and hedging exposures.
  • New Project Financing Activities: Support new project financing activities and loan documentation.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams (Accounts, Projects, Procurement) for efficient treasury operations.
