Job Title: HR Executive

This is a highly sought-after role for a detail-oriented and motivated individual who can effectively manage tech recruitment while ensuring seamless HR operations.

  • Tech Hiring & Recruitment:
  1. Talent Sourcing: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
  2. Candidate Management: Identify, screen, and schedule interviews for tech roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
  3. Recruitment Strategy: Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top tech talent.
  4. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience of 1-2 years in an HR role, preferably with exposure to tech recruitment.
  • A strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
