Job Description

As a CMDB Technical Analyst, you will be part of the Information Management function and responsible for administering and executing configuration management changes to ensure CMDB data integrity and robustness. This role works closely with the IT ServiceNow System Admin and all process owners within IT.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining the accuracy and completeness of CMDB data by identifying and resolving data inconsistencies
  • Establishing relationships between CIs to accurately reflect dependencies within the IT infrastructure
  • Performing data cleansing and deduplication activities
  • Managing the CMDB module, improving data representation accuracy
Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Overall experience of 8-10 years in an IT Industry
  • 5 years' experience in ServiceNow, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Experience in ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, SAM, and HAM modules
