Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced IT Professional to manage and maintain desktops, laptops, and other end-user devices throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 1-8 years of experience in technical support with a strong background in laptop hardware (Windows 10, macOS), Android devices, and mobile device management tools such as Manage Engine Desktop Central and Jamf Pro.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, and other end-user devices.
  • Troubleshoot Windows and MacOS applications, networking problems, and system-related issues.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to monitor compliance status, software inventory, and hardware inventory.
  • Coordinate installation of client- and department-specific applications and systems.
  • Proactively escalate tickets to senior team members or specialists.
  • Monitor onboarding pipeline and ticket queues.
  • Conduct regular system audits and upgrades.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient technical support skills with laptop hardware and Android devices.
  • Experience with Freshservice and Manage Engine Desktop Central.
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management tools and endpoint security tools.
  • Capable of supporting VOIP call center suites, teleconferencing systems, and communication tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure components, including wireless networks, multi-function printers, AV equipment, and networking.
  • Proficient in system maintenance, including updates and patch management.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Ability to implement and manage security protocols to protect organizational data.
  • Knowledge of hardware maintenance to ensure continuous functionality of all IT equipment.
  • Expertise in server management to ensure reliability, security, and performance of server resources.
