Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to join our team as a Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality IT infrastructure support to ensure the availability, stability, and performance of our datacentres, platforms, and corporate systems.

This is a technical role that requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, including server management, storage array management, backup and replication technologies, and security management.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining AIX servers and storage arrays
  • Implementing and managing backup and replication technologies
  • Ensuring the security and integrity of our IT systems and data
  • Providing technical support and guidance to other teams

You will work closely with our team to identify and implement process improvements and to develop and maintain technical documentation.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in IT infrastructure, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have excellent time-management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and a strong attention to detail.
