Job Title: HR Generalist
Role OverviewThe HR Generalist plays a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department in day-to-day operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, payroll assistance, and compliance with hospital policies.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and providing support during the hiring process.
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information, absences, leaves, overtime, etc.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, and attendance, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Support performance appraisal processes and maintain related records, ensuring transparency and fairness.
- Help implement HR policies, hospital rules, and procedures, coordinating with different departments as needed.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with statutory regulations, ESI, PF, labor laws, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, with preference given to those with healthcare experience.
- Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
