Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end bid process for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and EOIs.

  • Collaborate with sales, technical, legal, finance, and delivery teams to collect information for proposals.
  • Compose and edit high-quality proposal content, executive summaries, and supporting documentation.
  • Guarantee timely submission of proposals in line with deadlines and client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a library of reusable content, case studies, and past submissions.
  • Evaluate bids/no-bids and assess risks in collaboration with leadership.
  • Coordinate post-bid activities including client debriefs and lessons learned sessions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in bid/proposal management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple bids in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with government and enterprise procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
