Senior Biology Analyst

This role involves fine-tuning large language models using your analytical and English comprehension skills to break down complex biological concepts into simple explanations and work efficiently.
- Fine-tune large language models to analyze and interpret complex biological data.
- Develop high-quality solutions with clear and rigorous reasoning to address challenging Biology problems.
- Collaborate with LLM researchers to align problem types with evaluation goals and contribute to defining new evaluation benchmarks based on Biology curricula spanning PhD topics.
- Ph.D./Postdoctoral degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
- Creative thinking abilities to develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting to work independently and as part of a team.
We require a Ph.D. in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or a related field, with expertise in analyzing and interpreting complex biological data. If you have experience working with LLMs and can develop high-quality solutions, we encourage you to apply.
