Job Overview

The role of an HRIS system support specialist involves providing daily operational support for various HR modules, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring workflows and maintaining user access to ensure compliance with data security protocols.
  • Resolving user issues, answering system queries, and troubleshooting data or configuration problems.
  • Providing day-to-day functional and technical support for SuccessFactors Compensation, Employee Central, and Onboarding 2.0 modules.
Technical Requirements

Successful candidates will possess hands-on experience in a system support or HRIS analyst role and have working knowledge of the following:

  • Compensation Worksheets and Templates.
  • Employee Central.
  • Onboarding 2.0.
  • Role-Based Permissions (RBP).

A strong understanding of HR data models, processes, and compensation planning is essential.

Candidates should also hold SAP certification in SuccessFactors Compensation Management and have at least four years of relevant experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are required for this role.

Qualifications
