Overview: We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead our digital initiatives and software solutions.

This individual will drive innovation and efficiency across our operations by overseeing a team of Business Analysts and developing key digital strategies.

• IT Software Application Oversight
• Developing and executing a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Leadership, mentorship, and management of a team of Business Analysts/PMs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
• Managing the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering and analysis to implementation and driving adoption in the field.
• Identifying, evaluating, and implementing new software solutions to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and data analytics.
• Cross-functional collaboration with operations, sales, marketing, and finance teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective digital solutions.
• Managing multiple digital projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Analyzing and re-engineering existing business processes to leverage technology for automation and efficiency gains.
• Regular reporting on the progress and impact of digital initiatives to key stakeholders.

• Digital Transformation Strategy & Execution
  • Development and approval of a 3-year digital transformation roadmap within the first 6 months.

  Educational Qualifications / Other Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the industry landscape and best practices in IT management.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful IT strategy development and implementation.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a technology or business-related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in successfully managing and delivering digital transformation projects.
  • Experience leading a team of Business Analysts is required.
